Yeah because they get billable hours going towards one of the more frivolous lawsuits in the history of sports. Dwight would get better results by taking a sack of money and burning it to keep warm at night.

There are actually potential lawsuits based on things like fraud in the inducement, promissory estoppel, etc.  The problem is those would all be very difficult to prove without anything in writing and things like fraud in the inducement have very high standards.

For what it's worth, a good friend of mine texted me that he heard Bucher say the same thing around that time yesterday.

I thought I heard or read something similar to this before.
