Courtney Lee's shooting % are impressive

I'm not comparing him to Ray Allen as a great shooter of all time or anything, but Lee's career shooting % match up pretty evenly with Ray.

Ray's Career shooting %

45%FG'S, 40% 3PT , 89.4 % FT


Lee's career shooting %                          
44% FG'S, 38.6% 3PT, 83% FT


Last year Ray played 3 more mins per game and only averaged 3 more PPG (14ppg) than Lee ( 11 ppg).

Lee would fit perfectly for what this team needs at the backup SG spot. He is only 26 years old so there shouldn't be injury problems like with Ray. Lee has been very durable playing 77,71,81 and 58 games(out of 66 last year) .

He gives us another guy to get up and down the court with Rondo, Can play pretty solid D on Wade, Kobe types , and he can spot up and knock down the 3 .

He isn't the clutch shooter Ray is , but that's what Terry is here for !

Lee has always been a killer when I've seen him play.

This is above what I'd been hoping for for another guard.

I don't know what is possible but Id still want Pietrus. We are going to have injuries. If you could tell me, no we will be fine and need just 9 guys through the playoffs we wouldn't need both but after whats gone on the last 4 years, it appears we are desperate to add MANY quality bodies and I'd sure agree with the tactic

PP, Green
Bass, Sullinger
KG, Melo, Wilcox

That's probably as good as if Ray stayed considering quickness and whatever undercurrents there were. I count that as at least 11 impact players and guys who fit Rondo better. And when Rondo rests we are marching out

I expect those guys will do just fine. At least 3 of them can create their own shot

edit: I forgot about Curly(Nenad).If we somehow can get Lee, we still need MP, Wilcox and Curly. Its going to take a small miracle and we could use one
