if they delayed signing terry they would be considered non tax payers and the 150% rule would apply for trades

like lee so long as they get camby

Say 5 mill for lee, 3 mill for camby

would need around 5.3 mill for salary matching

JJJ      1.1 mill
Sean .9 mill (non guarrenteed)
Moore .8 mill (non guarrenteed)
Dooling 2.5 mill

would work, could add picks ( I would add a first rounder next year top 10 protected plus the Charlotte pick if need be)

would love to add camby and lee, lee is good, but awful rebounder ( no wonder ainge likes him :p)

As I look at all the offers on this thread, I don't see where Houston does the trade.  That being said, is a 2 for 1 S&T allowed.  Bass S&T to Houston for Camby & Lee.  This allows KG to go back to PF, where he wants to be.

I love Camby but I wouldnt rely on him for 82 games.

Don't wanna get my hopes up, but this would be a huge get. Lee is a gamer, has finals experience, and likes playing defense. Orlando trading him for Vince Carter was the beginning of the end for tjem, IMO.

A Rondo/Bradley/JET/Lee backcourt rotation would be great. A lot of different skill sets and versatility there.

Additionally, Jet can't play forever and a youngish backcourt core of Rajon, Lee and Bradley is potentially great. Id certainly be selling Lee that he is someone in our long term plans. Rajon won't be waiting 15 seconds for him to get up court for the spot up jumper. he is perfect for us.

I have got my hopes up way too high on this, but talk about the rebuild! You have the guards in place, have Green, Bass and Sullinger as youngish forwards and you have Melo. You need more big guys but just keep adding youth and free agents when some guys don't work out, whether they are Green, Melo, Lee, Bradley or whoever, but we have made good progress now on the roster if we get Lee

Your right about that.. here's a surreal stat.. Marcus Camby has been in the NBA for 16 Seasons. He has NEVER not once, played in more than 80 games in the NBA. I don't think his 17th season will be any different.

yeah i was thinking about camby reliablitly of lack of,

a similar Dooling/JJJ/Sean/Etwaun + pics deal could be done with dallas for Terry and Mahinmi. Leaving the MLE to go after Mayo.

Don't know what offers Mahinmi is getting but if around 3 mill per would be enough then that would allow the deal to go through.

Dallas would have less to lose than the rockets as they don't want Ian and Jason back and are trying to save cap room for next summer.

How do sign and trades work would Dooling have to agree to sign and go play elsewhere? Why would he want to go to Houston couldn't he go somewhere of his own choice?

I don't know how sign and trades salary cap etc works someone fill me in

Lee would start even when Bradley gets back. Terrific player with decent size..
