I don't think any one is "ultra-snobbing" Dirk. Rondo has WAY more long term value than Dirk does. Plus he's the engine of the team, Dirk, not so much, he's great, but he even said he has 2 or 3 more years left and Rondo could have 8 or 10 left, just not a smart trade.

were already old and slow enough! plus rondo is a better player than dirk right now
