Of the realistic options...

Camby or (as I've thought about since the beginning of the off season and prov1ml34 suggested) take flyer on Greg Oden.

Camby gives the C's exactly what they want from a Center and that is above average defense and rebounding (anything else is a plus). Oden went to Germany to have the Kobe/A-Rod surgery so he might be worth a shot (moderate risk because of injury history, but it evens out because of how cheap he'd come and high reward due to his potential if he can avoid injury).

Stiemsma, Wilcox, Krstic are solid options that would provide give or take around the same production. If Stiemsma slightly improved his defensive rotations, gained confidence in his shot, and stopped getting into foul trouble as fast, he'd separate himself from the other 2.
