Actually no snake for this draft.  Couple of reasons:

1) there are only 12 teams
2) you can pick from any category in any order so the likelihood of having some disadvantage of picking last is slim (and Slim's in Virginia).  

(This should answer yoki's question too).

I get there are only 12 teams, but not sure why I should pick second to last every round...
