I think this could mess up their offensive flow.

Doesn't worry me much ... Bosh has had some horrible games against us, and it also gives them another guy that they have to try and involve on offense.

I think the Heat are better when they have fewer options, and when Wade and James are the primaries ... Bosh is also far from a hundred percent, and Ray is starting to get in a groove.

Miami has yet to see our best game from start-to-finish ... we've seen theirs.

If he is healthy, this is huge for Miami.

If (1) Miami stays small and plays only one big with Bosh playing alongside LeBron (PF), Battier (SF), Wade and Chalmers ... then it could be a big boost for Miami depending on how healthy and able Chris Bosh is. H

e only really has to better J.Anthony/R.Turiaf to be a net positive for Miami so if he's able to play, he'll likely be able to do that. And if he can do a lot more, be himself, then it's a big net positive.

If Miami go back to their two bigs lineup (Bosh + J.Anthony), I think his return will do as much damage as good. Their spacing offensively with that combination just isn't good enough.
I'd be shocked if they go away from the 4 wings and 1 big line up they've been running with success this series and playoffs.

I think that hurts miami at this point honestly.

If he be half as effective as Horford was for Atlanta when he came back it's going to trouble for the Celts.  We have our hands full enough as is.

Bosh turns Miami from good to elite. No question about it. He automatically turns into Miami's best defender for guarding KG. It also means that he'll limit KG's help defensive effectiveness since he'll actually have to guard Bosh, as opposed to Haslem/Joel. Huge.

Agreed.  I'm not buying that Bosh being back helps the Celtics.

He wont be though...not so soon from that injury.

This is a pure desperation move for the heat. Hopefully it screws up their rhythm

That's my opinion, too.  There's lots of underrating of Chris Bosh in this thread.

If he's healthy and not rusty, he makes the Heat much better.  The Celts need to step up their game.

A lot of folks were saying Al Horford couldn't help the Hawks after such a long layoff, though, and look at how that worked out.

While he's a better player, I don't think Bosh poses the same problems for Boston that Horford did.  Bosh isn't a physical banger and I doubt he's going to be any more productive than Haslem was in game 4.

Don't get me wrong, Miami is improved by getting Bosh back but not to the point where I think it decides the series.

Kg has owned a healthy bosh this year. With that injury he's not going to be 100% lets see when kg starts to get physical

My hope is it makes wade and lebton feel they have to get him involved.  I'll take more forced offense

Yeah, at this stage, me too.

I thought they might have done so if Bosh had of been ready to start this series ... but should they have had enough success by now to realize this is the more effective lineup for them against this Boston team (defensively and offensively).

Still, I have little bit of doubt there with Spoelstra.

Any minutes he takes from Anthony/Haslem/Turiaf is an improvement. Though if he's "off" then who knows, C's can still beat them with Bosh. Especially in a 3 game series.

This is interesting to me.  I think there is something to this for stretches on the floor, because really, LeBron and Wade should have the ball in their hands making plays as much as possible.

However, overall he makes them better.  They have no one else besides Haslem and Chalmers occasionally who scores on anything but a three point shot.  Bosh brings a lot by that.  He also is huge in the pick and roll.

So I think he makes them better for certain overall.  I just hope he's not 100%.
