I think a better question is would a lottery team take Bradley and one of our picks for theirs?

And I think the answer is no.

Depends on my needs. If I had a glaring hole for a combo guard to support my young back court, I'd definitely consider it. For example he'd really solidify Golden State's back court rotation.

Who knows what you're going to get with a rookie and there is still value at 21.

I wouldn't trade Bradley straight up for anybody outside of Anthony Davis in this draft.

Maybe Bradley playing with one arm for a few weeks left a weak last impression on some people.

Bradley is a better perimeter defender than anybody in this draft, which isn't surprising considering he drew votes for All Defensive team at 21 years old.

His shooting was incredibly efficient inside and out before he hurt his shoulder, and he's coming back next year with an expanded game and time to digest the wealth of knowledge gained this season.

Put Bradley on one of these bottom 10 teams next year, and he'd make a bigger all around impact than all of these guys outside of Davis.

Beal, Lamb, Lamb, Rivers, Ross, Waiters, maybe Beal, Ross, and Waiters have a chance to be better than Bradley, but I wouldn't roll the dice on any of them.

If Beal, Waiters or Ross are still available then yes.

They're not as good defensively but they are better offensively. I'd take it.

No.  I think Bradley has already proven he can be a starter on a playoff team and has given us hints that he could be more.

Unless Ainge is very sure that he's going to get a sure-fire All Star in return, it's not worth the risk.  In many cases top 10 picks only end up being competent starters, and sometimes they only end up that.

There's no reason to make a lateral trade.

I voted yes because defensive players have a lower ceiling than offensive players..and organizations are willing to pay more for scorer because they sell tickets.

"defensive players have a lower ceiling than offensive players."

Bradley shot what, 65-70% from 3 in his first and only two months of heavy minutes?

But his upside is automatically limited because he's a dominant defender?

 ::)

And what's the goal here, winning games or appealing to the highest number of pink hats?

What's the win/loss record with Bradley as a starter vs when Ray Allen was the starter? And who shot better, without needing any plays run for him?

He played for a while too with shoulders that needed surgery.

Bradley has high upside, and is NBA proven, but the major concern has to be his injuries. in 2 seasons he's already had surgery on his ankle and both shoulders. It is either bad luck or he might just be an injury prone player who will often get injured with how hard he plays.

Organizations are often willing to pay more for scorers because they over-value scoring.

exactly.  He might not be an all-star yet, but he is a game changer when healthy and when playing with Rondo.  Other teams have to game plan around his D.  Let his Offense cont to improve at a good rate and we have a core rotation player that is a great defender, is unselfish, and is loved by the fans for effort and toughness.  I don't think you trade that for anything but top 5 in the draft.  More valuable to us than to other teams?  Yeah probably.

Bradley is also the type of player, character wise, that you can put into your core building blocks, as guys you want to build around from a talent, character and effort perspective. He's not "the answer" but he's a real nice part of the puzzle.
