I am not one to often quote Donny Marshall, but he called this team sort of a "Jekyll & Hyde" personality.

I think there is some truth to this and you can see it. You can see the team follow Rondo's mentality.

It is almost like "night & day" the way this team plays. Awesome and nearly the best brand of ball with a good mixture of elite defense and ball moving offense.

Then you see the dumbest plays ever. The worst types of passes. The worst rebounding ever. The worst offensive sets with a desperation chuck as time is expiring on the clock.

If Rondo could play more consistently, our team would follow suit, no doubt in my mind.

I am not blaming the loss on Rondo, but he is our supposed leader, the floor general, the extension of our headcoach etc.

So, the responsibility is mostly on Rondo, isn't it?

Yes, the responsibility is mostly on Rondo, just like the responsibility is mostly on Lebron James, Kevin Durant, and Chris Paul for their respective teams.
