Celts may win in 6 but the damage is done. They have sent a message to the Playoffs teams we are a 3 quarter team.

look, as dissapointing as it is, and how losses suck. Did anyone think we are going 16-0 in this playoff run??

its 2-2, we have home court and some urgency now. I fully expect this team to respond well and take the next game.

I saw these same posts after game 2's loss and we saw how they responded. Pierce looks healthier, bass is back to where he was in the regular season. now we just need to put our foot to their throats and win the next 2 games...and we have the talent to do so.

for whatever reason, this C's team just doesnt like to do things the easy way..we saw it against the hawks, and now against the sixers...but like the 1st round i think they will prevail

I don't get it.

Do people think you're just supposed to waltz through playoff series' in 4 or 5 games on a nice leisurely path to the finals?

It's so hard to win on the road.  Teams make runs.  Things don't always work out for 48 minutes.

It's always doomsday on this board it's comical to me.  Have a little faith and watch as this team eventually asserts itself in 6 games.  Is it so painful to have to sit through that many?

My advice is to do thirty three of everything and it will be alright........

Reset to Zero....... and do your thirty three reps by 7 or 8 pm Monday night.
The beatings will continue until morale improves

I am not as confident as I once was. This team too frequently has played in spurts and I am not sure we can adjust to how they are defending KG with our shooters missing shots.

I really dont think its how they were defending KG last night though....he just had a bad game. those were the same shots he had in game 3...they just werent going in.

if the celtics can come out on Monday and give the effort they did in the first quarter for the whole game, they will win convincingly...just like after game 2, im not concerned about this team when their backs are against the wall

This is going 7 games, and if the Sixers can keep the game close going into the 4th, they will win the series. They have better closers then us and their team seems to get 2-3 shots every possession due to offensive rebounding when our team is out of gas.

No way. Lou Williams is a streaky shooter, and a good one, but the Celtics have the better team and better offensive players. Iguodala is hitting circus shots but that's not the reason they're winning. It's their defense and in game 4, the unfair ref treatment. They're treating Lavoy Allen and Lou Williams as if they were LeQueen and Dirty Wade.

Rebounding is hurting too, but the lack of agression and the inability to move the ball have helped the Sixers defense to shut down the Cs.

Celtics in 6. But first win game 5

anything but C's in 6 after watching that last game.

C's in 7 or Philly in 6.  We'll know for sure depending on how the C's come out playing in the next game.  If they come out flat, then I see the Sixers taking that game and the next.  if the C's come out firing on all cylinders, they take game 5.  I just have a sinking feeling they'll pull another boneheaded game in game 6 in Philly.

I have said Celtics in six games from the beginning of the series.  I stand by it.

This honestly should have been a sweep. I would be shocked if we lost this series, but this team just seems incapable of bringing 48 minutes of focus and urgency. Just not what you expect of a champion. Hopefully game 5 shuts me up and we come out and make a statement like game 3. But I just don't know. I remember watching game 4 in the first half and thinking man this 76ers team is so bad. At no point during that span did I think wow the Celtics are great.

76er 's really sucks losing to this team ...I'm just not sure what we are doing to lose these games against them.  Playing down to their level has to be it.   We should be blowing them out.....and maybe that mindset and not taking them serious is the problem.

If we were not playing the 8th seed, I think there would be a little more understanding

For those panicking or just hand wringing, these celtics, our celtics, have never made playoff series easy. Don't forget the bulls and hawks from years past.
