either way,tonight could have been the icing on the cake, winning means closer to the cusp of the ECF and a much needed rest, or an extended series to make things more difficult for us..seems we chose the latter..we had the game in the bag earlier on but forgot zip some more in the end, i pray that we advance further, but tonight, officially, i believe we can't hang banner 18 this year..

It was a long shot anyways. Celtics will shock the world somehow they win it this year. I'm just enjoying the roller coaster ride. The Big 2.1 last hurrah.

Lots of fickle fans after one loss. That is about as sad to see as the loss. It was a bad game but it was 1 game!

Team isnt smart enough to win the title, we may make it to the ECF though, but our stupidity and age will catch up with us.

That's the way I've been looking at the the whole time. The bench is terrible so the rest was a must.

they got their split...but this was the knock out punch...now philly and their scrubs think they can win the series. boston needs to come out and abuse these jokers monday

i think we all would have been happy with a split in philly..i thought the sixers win game 3 and boston 4...

what disappoints me is the way they gave game 4 away...being up 17 and losing by nine is disappointing

I think similar attitudes were taken when they took that one point game before the blowout game. And during the ugly part of the season. The team is dealing with a lot. We shouldn't underrate how everyone is trying to plug up the leaky wall that is this team. Like it's been said so many times before: every playoff game has its own identity. Game plans alter, fighting through chaos and injury.

This royally sucked, but all is not lost.

IF there is a game 7. There is 2 whole days of rest between games. The team should be well rested enough for a game 7.

paul looked and played much better

hopefully doc learns he can't play ray and paul in a small lineup with kevin, there is no need really paul and kg (if rested) should be able to score enough without ray out there.

On to game 5 they have 3 days to rest
