either combo of these would be a great young core.

rajon rondo- pg
tyreke evans- sg
jeff green- sf

tyreke evans-pg
avery bradley- sg
jeff green- sf

or
trade both 1st rounders and E'twuan/ Jujuan to have

rajon rondo- pg
tyreke evans- sg
jeff green- sf
avery bradley- 6th man

all of sudden you have a great young core and plenty of money to sign other veteran pieces

well tyreke has shown nothing since his great rookie season , not sure why they would trade him being that thier a SF away from playoff contending starting lineup MIXED with the fact they have a legit shot to draft anthony davis ,i tunk they should move marcus thorton

bthat being said alli would give up is two 1st rounders & next year's 1st , isnt bradley already a better shooter than tyreke?

Evans won't be moved for only low level prospects (JJ/Moore) and low picks.

That team has a lot of chemistry issues to think they're anywhere close to contending. You could give them Granger and they still don't make the playoffs.

I like Tyreke Evans a lot but I don't think he and Rondo could play (well) together.

Both are too ball-dominant + too limited off the ball.

I think this is a case (much like Turner in Philly), where a very talented player is looking much worse than his talent, because the talent around him is such a bad fit.

Hmm ... that could be a trade right there. Tyreke Evans for Evan Turner.

Also an interesting trade -- Granger for Tyreke.

Other ideas:

(3) Josh Smith for Tyreke
(4) Derrick Favors for Tyreke
(5) Millsap and an additional valuable asset
(6) Steph Curry for Tyreke
(7) Denver could offer a platter of quality but unexceptional players = say Afflalo, W.Chandler and Al Harrington for Tyreke.

Weren't the Kings were one of the teams reported to be interested in renting Dwight Howard at the trade deadline?  Would Orlando consider a package centered around Tyreke Evans?

Doubtful, I think they'd insist on Cousins.

Just being out here in the bay area, my guess is that any Evans trade would have to include a 3 man or a Big.  I just don't see the Celtics as the team with the pieces to land Tyreke, even though 2 first rounders could go a long way in a deep draft. Sac is in dire need of a 3 man, and somebody down low to pair with Cousins.

They struck out with John Salmons this year at the 3, and Jason Thompson isn't worth the starting paycheck some team will pay him next year (decent backup 4 man though).

They're extremely high on Isaiah Thomas & Jimmer (I'm not sold on Thomas personally).  Thornton isn't going anywhere as well.  They also have liked what Terrence Williams has given them since he joined the squad.

Having said that, I can't see them wanting an Avery Bradley in any trade.  It would take somebody different in the equation.  My guess is Sac keeps a top 5 pick and shoots for a big, and goes for someone like a Lamar Odom as their 3 man.

I wouldn't trade bradley for 2 late firsts (and 2 unknown rookies) you'd have to think evans has more value than bradley at this point

Maybe it's just because he's in Sacramento (I don't know a ton about Evans), but his point, rebound and assist averages have dropped every season, and he's a career 25.6% 3PT shooter—personally, I don't want two crappy 3PT shooters in Boston's backcourt. Also, he's averaging only 4.5 assists this season and 5.3 for his career—not good numbers for a starting PG, in my book.

So he's not a good enough shooter to play the 2, and he's not a good enough (or willing enough?) passer to play the 1. So what do you do with him? He seems a bit short to play the 3.

Tyreke had a great year his rookie year. Since then he has disappointed because he can't play without the ball. He is an inefficient player and will be looking for a near max deal. I wouldn't trade Rondo for him and I don't think he can play with Rondo either. Both need the ball too much.

A big reason OKC passed on him is because Harden could play without the ball better and they needed someone like that with Westbrook. Rondo is similar in that when he doesn't have the ball and isn't setting up the offense then really isn't effective. Same with Evans where as he looks to score while Rondo looks to pass.

A guy like Tyreke needs a Jameer Nelson or Mo Williams type pg.

Agree completely, which is why I think the only trade that makes sense is Rondo for Tyreke+

no way i do rondo for evans, i was thinking yesterday that if ray ended up in a S&T to the clips and they wanted to offer mo williams back they the c's could send mo williams to the kings with a pick and end up with evans and a bad contract such as hayes or garcia. I throw brandon in there in a S&T also if need be.
