Dont be angry about this game guys, not even the 98' Bulls would beat the Knicks tonight.

They are shooting 100% from three, this game only happens once every couple of years, gotta take it with a grain of salt and move on.

They would. Michael would go and score one more than whatever they do.

WOW, someone turned up the 3 point sliders for the Knicks, they can't miss from 3

I now hate Novak :(

For once, it's not our offense that's lacking.

Perhaps Doc decided to fore-go defending tonight, to work on our offense?

We are defending, but they are hitting every single 3 pointer, thats kind of deflating to our guys, literally we are one of the best 3 point shooting defenses in the NBA, yet they are shooting 150% from 3-point range. Its just deflating our guys.

Call it a fluke if you want, but a good amount of these threes are uncontested. Part of the problem is that they've got 4 guys with range to the three-point line and Bass doesn't like stepping out that far from the basket. I'm confident adjustments will be made in the second half.
By the same token 5-7 of those threes were 4-5 feet beyond the three point line. That's crazy.

Though this is not the first time I have seen JR Smith go nuts on three point shooting. He does this a few times a year and can hit consistently from 30 feet away for the game.

We should keep our hand off Melo.. He is practicaly drawing our whole D on him and then he just dishes the ball over to JR or Novak.
When you lose, the easy part is to see who gives up. Giving up is very simple. You basically take your stuff and walk away. To continue to work and to continue to compete is one of the most difficult things, especially when you really don't have anything - KG

We can come back from this, though...NY shooting lights out.

Won't hold up, though.

Celtics will overcome this. :)
Definitely ... still a lot of time left.

Very unlikely that New York can keep this three point barrage up. Celtics should have an opening to get back into this in the second half and make a comeback.

our bench is disgusting

pavlovic  -17
bradley -14
dooling -13
daniels   -11

whos defending jr smith and novac? is avery letting go? is it daniels? rondo? everyone is screwing up?
Pierce is on Melo not Novak it's been bass and Sasha on him most of his 3s are in help rotations though usually rondo or Bradley trying to close
I think PP is supposed to.....and he won't cover him out there....

the all-star east team had less points than the knicks do right now. (at half)

noone literally plays d in the all star game, so think about that.

How about Avery though? Dude is 4-4 from deep. This guy was bricking 12 footers earlier in the season.

Mind you, he's adjusting a Dooling, a Daniels and a Pavlovic. That's like bringing knives to a gunfight.

Some really dull knives.
