I have high hopes for this game, however if Wade were to play, I do not think he will let the same thing happen twice (hope I'm wrong), I think he's going to come out and go at Bradley and try to get him to foul out.

Having Allen come off the bench might provide us the offense we need.

I'm going to assume the winner of this game will rely on the bench. The team with the better bench will win

If Wade goes hard I have a fear the refs will bail him out. This one will be tougher since Miami will come out with more fire after the last game. If Boston comes out ready for it they can walk away with a win.

I very much enjoyed the whipping Boston put on Miami.  I've watched it over three times  ;D

But, that being said... well on  tuesday

I fully expect us to get taken behind the woodshed and beat like a rented mule.

LBJ and Wade &Bosh should have about 90 points between them.

Final..Something in the order of 112 to 85 should be about right.

I hold no hopes of a win...just not getting posterized on every other play and keeping the game to under 15 point win for the Heat would be a moral victory.

I agree.  And Bradley was born to guard someone like Wade.  Bradley often times makes up for his lack of height with effort and athleticism.  But Wade isn't particularly tall for a 2 guard either.  So Wade shouldn't be able to use height or athleticism to his advantage.

Wade does have better strength, but if Miami wants to run it's offense through Wade on the block to take advantage of that, I'll take it.  It'll turn LeBron into a spot-up jump shooter, something he's not very good at.

I think the most entertaining result might be for the Celtics to win after coming back from a 20-point deficit, sending Miami into a self-doubting tailspin the way Orlando had that implosion earlier this season after those two games against Boston.

Part of that will come from being able to laugh at panicking people who declare the team a non-contender in the game thread.

I am writing this game off as a loss.  I certainly think the C's could win it, but they shouldn't win it.  The Heat will be at home, and they should be motivated after their last loss to the C's.  So, I will go in, expecting the most talented team in the league to hold home court, and then if the C's do steal it, it will just be a bonus.

This automatically means you lose the right to celebrate a possible victory. Because you have just carved out an "I said so" niche for yourself light hours before the tip-off...
Just joking, of course. I have, by no means, a right to execute an anathema ;D

We've gone 3-2 in the first 5 games of the rough 10 game stretch, if we can do the same through Miami/Hawks B2B and the three road B2B2B I'll be pretty happy.

In my mind that's getting one of the Miami/Atlanta pair and winning 2 out of 3 of the rest.

If Bradley can match his defensive performance on Wade, we should be competitive in this game again. Not a blowout but this should be a good game.

The thing is, with Bradley stepping up, we can match up with their big three without doubling too much.

The Miami halfcourt offense consists of isolation as plans a,b,c, and d.

We now have the horses to match up with all of them.

If we turn the ball over though, we are done.

I expect a different game plan from Miami today. I think they pressure Rondo more instead of not defending him.

They would do this if they were smart. Make bradley handle the ball more.

Then again, Im not sure they have the personnel to do that either...

They do, there is no reason Chalmers/Cole and either LeBron/Bosh/Turiaf/Anthony can't pressure Rondo more instead of denying Pierce.

It will be interesting to see if they switch up tactics, or if Wade even plays. He seems to be missing every other game lately. Miami has to be very concerned that Wade is going to fully break down in the next year or two.

I'm not even worried about them with the way we have been playing defense, they don't scare me as crazy as that sounds. It's usually I'm worried about them going off offensively but we have just been awesome on the defensive end I don't see us letting up.

I see us being jacked up w/ a plan shutting James down since he's been the one leading them. As far as Wade just throw Bradley, Sasha and Ray at him wearing him down.

I agree 100%

The Heat have nobody that can guard KG, period.
Bradley is going to bring his pit-bull style of defense right out of the gate, and Ray is going to give them fits off the bench. Tomorrow the C's will prove that the 20-point blowout wasn't a "fluke".

Bosh guards KG just fine, this isn't 2007-2008 or 2008-2009 anymore for KG sadly.
