Wilcox is my guess, as he's already been scratched for the season and his rights aren't likely to be of much use in the offseason.

I'd go with JO.  He's not coming back this year and I can't imagine there's any desire to bring him back next year if he doesn't retire.  Even though Wilcox is definitely done for the year, I could see the C's wanting to bring him back for the bench.
