Haha.  I like the discussion, because they're no more or less legitimate than other trade ideas.  I just don't like these guys advancing their egos and careers by making stuff up.

Agreed, it passes the smell test.  Then again, there are only a handful of rotation big men on expiring deals that should be able to be had for cash/second rounders, and I am willing to bet Danny is in on all of them.  So, I am not sure its really news.

Yup. These are the types of deals I'd expect. Danny doesn't want to give up any real assets, so all we have to offer are Dooling, expiring players who can't even play, and 2nd rounders. That equals guys like Hickson.

I was thinking the same thing.  I think he is a player that could really benefit from playing with Rondo.  He looked very good taking passes from Lebron, and I think the same thing could happen if Danny could get him to Boston.  He can defend a little bit too.

Heck, I wouldn't mind if the deal were JJJ for Hickson. They're the same age!
