So, does Blake it through the season before someone has enough of his act and cheap shots him, taking out his knees, or will it wait for next year?

Chippier player:  D12 or Blake?

I wouldn't say Blake is chippy.  He just thinks he is better than everyone else.

I wouldnt trade Blake for anyone in the league, he has the talent and the athletic ability to be the best player in the league, its up to him to get there though.

Just think about it, its his 2nd year, and hes already one of the best players in the league, arguably the best PF in the league, and hes just playing off athletic ability.
You're out of your mind.  I'm not sure I'd put Blake in the top 10 players to build around.  Sure, he's exciting but he does almost nothing to make his teammates better.  And offensively, he's only average at creating his own shot.  Defensively he's virtually a nonfactor.

I like Stiemsma, but what does he provide?

Stiemsma plays nice D.
He's a decent shot blocker but his defense overall is below average.

I know it's not a perfect stat, but he also has the highest defensive points per possession rating on the team.  Also, he passes my eye test for a pretty solid defender.

Am I the only one who would like to see a rule change so you can't call a timeout if you are on the ground and not standing up?
Agreed.

I think the Celtics are hurt more by a big getting a second technical and ejection.

Yeah it;s his rebounding that is below average

I trust KG not to pick up a 2nd T...Pierce not so much.

Games like this I wish we had a more physical/rebounding 2-guard than Ray.  Hate that Mo can get away with guarding him.

Clips getting way too many second chances right now ... the bane of the C's.

Don't blame Doc on that one.

They've reached my ridiculous foul calls of the night quota.  This game is getting shut off.

I'll probably abstain for a few games before I forget how much I hate officiating in the NBA.
