C'mon guys!

Did we give up when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor?

I guess our choices are
1. stand pat
2. trade Rondo, Pierce or Ray for a big or
3. Blow It Up.

2 or 3 are OK with me.

Not to nitpick, but when did the Germans bomb Pearl Harbor?   8)

I hope the man is ok and lives to be an old man.

That said, it is time to start wheeling and dealing our 1st rounders and renting some depth. It is worth it to give these guys one more legit shot.

I've been in favor of this strategy but without Wilcox and JO, it's going to take a hell of a lot of DA magic to make it worth that. I'm just not seeing it.

its god's way of saying we should go with a younger, more durable lineup.

JO, Wilcox and Dooling now become expiring contracts that make the numbers work.

So something like:

JO, Wilcox, Dooling, Marquis and the Clipper pick

For

Chris Kaman

Could work

I seriously hope Wilcox is ok.  Life is more important.

This is a major gut punch though.  I'm just having a really difficult time fathoming how this is possible.  Two guys on the same team having heart conditions ina a span of less than 6 months?

Why bother throwing a pick away for that deal?

Its not going to win us anything of note.

That's the sort of move the team needed while they still had Wilcox.  Not enough without him.

I see it this way, with or without Wilcox, we werent going to contend with the team we had either way.

Get well soon Wilcox.

I suppose if we were to continue to start KG/Bass, and bring Kaman and JuJuan off the bench it might work.  Have to hope JJ is ready for the prime time though.  Either that or go small ball in the 2nd unit.
