I have been watching it, can't really tell much from a all-star game, but I would invite him to summer league next year if I am Danny. He can definitely score and would be a good running partner for Rondo off the bench. can't be much worse than Daniel and Pavlovic, might actually be better if he has learned to play any D at all...

after offering big contracts to Dwight and other free agents(hopefully they accept), we will only have vet min contracts to fill out the rest of the roster.

I think we should sign him to a 10 day contract right now.  Can't be any worse than the crap we have been watching the last several games.

I agree with the poster above - this team needs more athletes to team with rondo.  Green would make 1, bradley another and green when he gets back would be a third,  Ireally like JJJ as well and think he will play a big part in our future.

You gotta love that the kid is determined and not giving up on his dream.  He may play in the D league for 10 years if he has to.  ;D

Gerald Green, D-League All-Star.

Yeah, that sounds about right.

Beat me to it.

The site of that guy in a Celtics uniform - the uniform that represents intellgent, aggressive, winning basketball - is one of my all-time low C's moments.

I never want to see him again. Anywhere.
Coined the CelticsBlog term, "Euromistake."

Sad, really.  That world-class physical talent and all those years of world-class coaching have led to a guy getting d-league accolades in his prime.

Call it BBIQ if you must, but it matters.

He's the NBA equivalent of Kei Igawa, who gets rocked in the majors but is s stud in AAA.

Gerald Green is a AAAA pitcher.
