Trade:

Wash trades: Javale Mcgee 9.8 9.11
CHI trades Joakim Noah 10.25 11.25

Very few people are as critical of Noah as I am, but I think this is a brutally bad trade for Chicago, and by extension, a very good one for Washington.

McGee might put up better numbers than Noah, but he's nowhere near as impactful a player.

Terrible trade.

Noah does the stuff that helps teams win.

McGee is worried about winning the dunk contest.
No one likes my trades anyway.  whether I'm getting the better of them or the worst of them.

Redz is going to take Larry Sanders, hoping he can harness some of his potential.

How are the Pistons shaping up?

PG - Brandon Knight / Jarrett Jack / Jimmer Fredette
SG - Gerald Henderson / (Francisco Garcia)
SF - Grant Hill / Francisco Garcia
PF - Greg Monroe / Channing Frye / Jon Leuer
C  - DeMarcus Cousins / Larry Sanders

If everything goes their way, they could end up being alright.  They also could turn into a complete hot mess.

Wonder if he could flip Jimmer and Fran-Go for a better SG/SF

the re-loaded Bullets

PG. John Wall/Kemba Walker
Sg: Monta Ellis/Wesley Johnson
SF: Jared Dudley/Michael Beasley
Pf. Serge Ibaka/Markieff Morris
C. Joakim Noah

Your three best guards are all PG sized. Your 4th guard may be a bust.  Do you think you should move one of them for a SG sized G that can play?
Yeah, I'd love to see a proper sized two guard in there instead of Monta Ellis.

If anybody wants to make an offer, I'm all ears.  I can't say that I've been overly aggressive in terms of trying to improve the Pistons.

Roy made a great point yesterday when the Ellis trade happened - what team would Ellis fit on? I feel like any team in the game you put him on, it's going to be a bad fit.
2023 Historical Draft: Toronto Raptors

Point Guard: Anfernee Hardaway, Fat Lever, Terrell Brandon
Shooting Guard: Paul Westphal, Paul Pressey
Small Forward: Marques Johnson, Danny Granger
Power Forward: Jermaine O'Neal, Bobby Jones, Kiki Vandeweghe
Center: Marc Gasol, Serge Ibaka

While McGee's potential may be slightly higher, it's no where near the difference of where these two already are at.

i don't think you trade one of the best scorers in the game for someone a little taller..
Pick 2 Heat:
Pg: Jennings/Vasquez
Sg: Wade/R. Allen/Rivers
SF: Lebron/M. Williams
PF: Bosh/Humphries

I like Monta Ellis as a starting PG on a team that limits his responsibilities as a floor general / playmaker. Say alongside a LeBron James type.

Or as a combo guard off the bench.

Love Noah and Ibaka. Tepid on Wall and Monta. But you've accomplished the pick 2 goal of making your team better simply by making the Wizards fun to watch.
