I like the trade for both sides, though I think Utah might need a better ball handler at the 1 to handle the speed of this team. There's plenty of suitable ones still available though, could move Mo to the bench.

I thought Gallinari was a near-perfect fit on that team, and Splitter has become an efficient, consistent producer.We'll see what happens with the 3.12, but I think Millsap has become perhaps a little overrated (and I know my co-GM definitely disagrees).
Not sure how I feel about the Millsap for Dano/Tiago trade.
