I hated Pierce trying to beat Artest off the dribble to win the game. Really low percentage play.

I would have preferred just about anything else there.

I got the feeling they expected a quick foul, and the *real* play would come *after* that.

Pierce bricks one, and Gasol comes up huge.  The only thing that would have been more fitting would have to somehow mix in a Lakers' offensive rebound there, and a KG clanger.

Tough loss.

I'm pretty sure Welker missed a catch and The Red Sox had the biggest collapse ever in this game, as well...2001-2010 was a good time, back to unclutch Boston again...

5 free throws the entire game.  How is that even possible for an NBA game that lasts 53 minutes?  

Happens quite easily, unfortunately, when you have a team that has absolutely no desire to take the ball to the rack.

   Tough loss.  Pierce had Bass open in the corner for his kind of shot but took the shot, a shot he's hit to win games before.

i am pretty sure o neal and KG are not good on either end vs good teams.

Very surprised that they lost this one against LA. They were in control for so long and looked the superior side throughout most of the contest. Lakers weren't playing particularly well either but they just hung in there and hung in and managed to steal one.

The horrid rebounding and Garnett's miserable shooting night did them in.

You wonder why people question his ability to be a franchise player.

Rondo should not be allowed to carry the ball up in the half court set in crunch time.  How many quality shots did we get in the last 8 minutes?  How many bad shots did the Lakers D coerce him in to taking?  This bothers me the most because the coaching can make an adjustment here.  Yeah we got killed on the boards with Gasol and Bynum; we just don't have the players to do much about it.

This is seriously depressing. Losing is one thing. Losing to the Lakers is another. Losing to the Lakers by 1 in overtime at HOME when just 1 or 2 rebounds could have prevented it is just...I don't even have the words.

As soon as it was the last few minutes of regulation, the score was close, and the jumpshots weren't falling, I knew without any doubt the C's were going to lose it.  I've seen that movie too many times before.
