I wish we'd keep Pierce on the floor while Rondo rests.

One of the two on the court at all times to facilitate / create the offense.

This one is on Doc, poor rotation by Doc. If you got Moore in there, you put Pierce in there to facilitate playmaking. That's too obvious.
