I think Next year it might be fun to just say, here is the thread, only post in the thread when you pick, and when you pick determines draft order.  

Lets everybody pick on their own time, since its time stamped there won't be any arguments, and it would be fun to see the strategy involved in hoping a team will slide.

Good idea, but won't work. People will jump out the gate. I should've made assigned times. Too laid back just means people don't make it priority.

I think assigned times is probably the best option, like in the old Celticsblog draft where a pick was due every 10 minutes or so.
