I will take the Spurs.

My keepers will be Duncan and Manu (coach said he could play Saturday)

Title contender  --  the talent that will be available at #2 is extremely good. Spurs have a great chance to build a title contender.

I like the pick, but I have to disagree on the best center available thing.

There's only one center in the draft who I think is clearly better than Okafor, and I think he'll go in the first two picks.  If I turn out to be wrong, I'll be thrilled to take him anyway and dangle Okafor as trade bait.

I can't believe someone is going to get San Antonio and a top 2 pick in the draft.

WOW!!!!! :o :o :o :o :o :o :o :o :o :o :o :o

I can't say that I am upset.
I wouldn't be either.  I had them in the last session but had to pick near the end   :(

I think there might be 4 centers in the draft that are better than Okafor but one is injured, I think for the year.

Yeah I've got 3-4 healthy guys and a couple injured folks.

  • You ain't the boss of the freakin' bedclothes.
Honestly here I think I'd take Charlotte. I just don't really like any of the options on mil/tor after the injuries.

He should be allowed to take Bargs and Jennings.

How long is Bargnani out for?

How much do injuries matter in this? Knowing someone in particular might be out for the entire year, how much should I take this into account?

Can we draft players from the teams not selected or are they left intact?

It's up to you! If you think you have a shot at building something serious for this year then it will matter, otherwise it might make sense to bite the bullet for a year and build for the future. It's up to how you want to play it.
