Let's say the Celtics had completed those comebacks against the Knicks and Heat, but everything else remained the same about the season. They'd have a win against a quality team on the road at Miami, but would have still had that bad game against the Hornets on the next night. They'd be 14-8, which would still only be the 10th best record in the NBA and the 6th best record in the East.
