If Chandler is so great, how come playing for the Knicks has made him look like a complete dud? Anthony and Stoudemire are no chopped liver, you know...

1. D12
2. Bynum
3. M. Gasol
4. Horford
5. Bogut

I don't consider LMA a Center or else he'd pobably be 2 or 3, and my guess is that DMC makes the jump by the end of the season.

your problem is that you read only the statistics , but you don't think about how a player is really good. For Example, I read that Ellis is better then Ray. So... WHAT ?

Is This  a Joke ?

And...  truly, what a negativity and pessimism.

For Me, at this moment of their careers, the Top 5 Centers are :

1)Tyson Chandler ( He was THE DIF in the last playoff's run... Do yuo remember ? The Key for dallas was his defense and his his ability as a blocker in the Pick And Roll)
2) Dwight Howard : The best "presence", but without some skills. Maybe, after 2 years, will be  the best in the league
3) Andrew Bynum : He is a fakers. Ok. He is Injury Prone , but what a body, and what an rebounds ability. For Me is a very great Center.
4) Andrew Bogut.
5) DeMarcus Cousins

Huh?  Tyson Chandler is the best center in the NBA?  Whaaaaat?  What skill does Chandler have that Howard doesnt?  I havent seen too many sky hooks or Kevin McHale up and unders from Chandler recently.  Are we talking about the same guy?  Sure Howard moves like a robot and his post moves are brutal, but Chandlers arent much better.  Howard is better at everything Chandler does...and so is Bynum for that matter.

Amazing how quickly we all forget about Brook Lopez. He's got to be in the top 5.

Dwight
Bynum
Brook Lopez
Horford
Roy Hibbert

Joakim Noah/Marc Gasol/Big Al/Bogut

This year, Howard, Bynum, Bogut, and probably Nene then Gasol.

Chandler, deandre Jordan, and al Jefferson round outthe top 8.

Joakim Noah has been just awful, and Hibbert is the other top 10 guy. (I'm missing someone I'm sure).

Spencer Hawes and Greg Monroe both making strong showings as well. Horford should be there too, but injured now.

When he's playing, Brook Lopez (2nd best scoring center) deserves to be in there.

I missed this, nevermind my last post babbling beginnings

Seriously is this a joke?? you think if you subbed howard for chandler last year that they would be worse. Dwight howard is literally better at everything basketball related than chandler. If you can name one thing (let alone a few things) that chandler does better if be shocked

Shooting free throws.  ;D

Your point still stands, though.

Ha yeah figured that. Looks like he has been better recently, but still just 62% career wise

If we are going to talk about Lopez as a top center, then I think we've got to throw Bargs into consideration as well.
DKC Seventy-Sixers:

PG: G. Hill/D. Schroder
SG: C. Lee/B. Hield/T. Luwawu
SF:  Giannis/J. Lamb/M. Kuzminskas
PF:  E. Ilyasova/J. Jerebko/R. Christmas
C:    N. Vucevic/K. Olynyk/E. Davis/C. Jefferson

I see the young DeMarcus Cousins breaking into this top ten or so ranking within the next 2 years.

The young fella, once engaged, has a fire in him. All I saw was that one game vs LA this year, and the Big Man impressed me...he hustled, dove for lose balls, you name it.

Once he matures, then he's well on his way. Sacramento would be foolish to trade him.
Dude hes already better than most guys on any of these lists. Look at the numbers hes putting up this year

top 5 already
