As much as it might annoy people to read on this board, tonight we do actualy miss Big Baby.

We are not playing inside out, and letting baby throw his weight around with the subs would open up the lanes abit. To bad he has so many head cases.
Did BASS' dunk fix that thought..?

No, Bass isnt the same player as Glen, he isnt someone who's under the basket throwing his weight around, he makes his living going towards the basket face first.. he's a better overall player but this would be one of the few games in witch i would take Glen back for a 1 day loan.

In case you missed 2010-11, Glen Davis rarely threw his weight around inside. Glen Davis wanted to hit the jumpers over and over again. Maybe the earlier versions of him.

Well, it is up to you....i can deal with it if you like the bbd...i never did..he only played when someone was threating his minutes....

This isnt about me likeing or not liking a certain player, this is about being brutaly out rebounded and about 2 players who approach the game in different ways, more so because of their respective body sizes, what we really need tonight is a banger, ala Perk, Baby and to a certain extend Leon Powe. Brandon Bass isnt that type of player and on most nights we wont need him to be, allthough tonight would be great if he was.
"Leadership is diving for a loose ball, getting the crowd involved, getting other players involved. It`s being able to take it as well as dish it out. That`s the only way you`re going to get respect from the players"

Looking like Avery's "going back" party...
Why...because he missed two shots? Pierce has missed five.

You've ripped on Wilcox but yet come to Avery's defense... SMH
I've never ripped on Wilcox. I said he hasn't played well and looks unknowledgeable regarding the offense. I think he's a good player and will pay dividends this year, but right now he's not.

I defend Bradley because he's 21, he plays great defense because I believe he has a future with this team, and because I believe he has been unfairly targeted by you and many others for his play. When he plays poorly I will acknowledge it. As I do with all the C's. But I don't go out of my way every time I come to the game threads to hammer Celtic players like some do with Bradley and a couple other Celtics.

Bradley missed two threes so far tonight and played some exemplary defense. I don't see a reason to suddenly think he's fallen back to awful on offense. He was where he was supposed to be, took open shots when he was supposed to and never turned the ball over. That's good stuff in my opinion.

I have defended Bradley's defense along with his age plenty of times. Especially after the preseason. But you can't ignore his awfulness on the offensive end no matter what his age.

I don't doubt this but it would be nice to have a comfortable lead. I would like to spend the rest of the game basking in the misfortunes of the Knicks and Magic.
