Here's hoping that Boston puts this away early.

A dream scenario for me is an early blowout, then watching Avery Bradley frustrate the upstart MarShon..give him an introduction to NBA-Level Defense.

Then again - if AB is not on his game, this fellow COULD give AB a lesson on NBA-level offense.

Here's hoping for the former.

I'd like to see JaJuan Johnson get a good run out tonight.

Excited to see more of him. He looks a very interesting prospect.

Me too, I'm waiting to see if he slows it down once he gets more comfortable. I'm hoping nerves are the reason he's been running around like a chicken with his head cut off haha.

He can clearly play so let's hope he gets some minutes and settles down.

I've watched a few Nets games and Brooks can really score. I'm curious if he'll be as good starting as he has been off the bench. He's pretty active and does a little bit of everything although defense doesn't seem to be his thing.

Avery will give any of their guys a tough time since Dwill wont be playing. I'm hoping this will be a big game from Bradley cause I'm actually starting to like him.

Ray Allen is also out tonight.

makes sense.  he worked real hard the other night, giving him the night off against a greatly weakened opponent is a smart move (much like keeping JO out the other night).

Haha i noticed this too. I'd see someone get a rebound and get it to a guard and by the time its moving up court JJJ is gone. Or I just see him book it to the end with rondo speed. Can;t knock hustle
The Nets will finish with the worst record and the Celtics will end up with the 4th pick.

boy, too bad about ray. but if he has to miss a game this is probably the one to miss since NJ is in pretty bad shape at all levels.

so who starts at sg? pierce with daniels at sf?

maybe the widely-beloved-and-admired bradley gets a shot at starting tonight??? ha, ha. now THAT would create a stir around here.

I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

I would have liked to have seen Pavlovic start in Ray's stead. Keep the bench in tact.

Avery Bradley would have been my second choice if S.Gaines (PG) is starting for the Nets.

Pavlovic? Doc doesn't  want to let that bum on the court again.  Two DNPs in a row here is hoping for 60 more.

I think JO is playing because he feels the heat of the Steamroller breathing down his neck.

Besides a few players the Nets basically have a D-league roster.  It's crazy.

Yup. And is DWill playing? I heard he wasn't or is it a game time decision?

He's not playing.   :P
No Deron, Lopez or Humphries
So... who's playing? Are we playing against the Nets still? :p

Nets are a chaotic bunch...and Avery Johnson has just added to it my changing his lineups frequently in just the first week.
