Can't we just call up Nate Rob from the D-League?

Seriously, I think someone needs to kidnap Keyon Dooling. I've seen him get hot about once all season ... and the rest has been nails on chalkboard-esque.

I'd rather see Marquis Daniels playing PG over Dooling and Marquis is NOT playing well. He jacks 3's at a .299 percentage ... .346 or so from the field. OUCH.

Dooling is playing very badly, this player has not provided anything more, because Iverson Ainge? or House
Any of these players contribute more than Dooling, I'm sure.

  • It's all about the TEAM!
It's funny when people say he doesn't have any confidence in his shot but he's out there taking ill-fated shots anyway.

I do think lack of playing time has hurt Dooling, Pavlovic and Daniels. They only get called on to mop up or emergency situations generally. Dooling has had chances to play longer and emerge but he never does. He gets close sometimes and then he rides the pine too much and comes out flat again.

The one play I seen that irked me was late in the game he was on the floor and had a chance at a loose ball. I think it was a rebound. And he started running towards it and looked like he had a shot at it but a Knick was running towards it too and it looked like he backed off to avoid a collision and basically gave the ball to the Knicks. This was late in the game and we were trying to get back in it and each possession was counting. That irked me the most.

But, I'll be a bleeding heart and say I don't expect these guys to sit the bench all the time and then come in and swish shots very much.

I just want them to contribute and last night they came up duds.
The Celtics aren't quitters. Why should you be? - blind homer

I don't care if Sasha Pavlovic never scores another point: I love his passion for playing D.

Some of you have mentioned waiving these guys.  Do you mean now? Before the playoffs start?

It's definitely a bad sign for your team when guys number 11-15 on the roster aren't putting up All-Star numbers.
DKC Seventy-Sixers:

PG: G. Hill/D. Schroder
SG: C. Lee/B. Hield/T. Luwawu
SF:  Giannis/J. Lamb/M. Kuzminskas
PF:  E. Ilyasova/J. Jerebko/R. Christmas
C:    N. Vucevic/K. Olynyk/E. Davis/C. Jefferson

Say what you want about Dooling, but his defense was incredible at key points in tonight's game, and he hit a huge shot for us when we really needed it most.

Great points. And since there hasn't been much practice this season, and we haven't sent any guys to Maine to get playing time, expectations shouldn't be too high.
