He is 22 years old, and has genuine talent and physical attributes.

So many of these kids simply need a world class organisation to settle down into.

The Celtics is. Neither the Timberwolves or the Knicks, or the Warriors have the tools to settle a kid who needs extra work.

I'd do Sasha, Bradley and a pick for Randolph.  He is potentially a great player waiting to burst out. And 22 years old...there is redemption.

this may be true, but this is not a year when Doc is going to be inclined to play a guy through his learning process.  that's what AR needs -- to be put in a situation where he'll get a lot of minutes even when he's making mistakes.  in theory he's been in 3 situations like that already, but nelson and d'antoni are a little bit unforgiving as coaches and the t-wolves have a complete logjam of frontcourt tweeners.
