A part of me hopes Bradley turns out really, really good though. Good enough to go shooting guard and be a Ben Gordon like player. He was on par with John Wall before in high school and having him on board would be insane.

We also have E'Twaun Moore, though. I cannot believe I forgot him.

I'm really excited to watch the rookies and the sophomore and I really hope they do work out. Maybe its watching Perk leave that's making me want a few more players start and retire in green.

Back on topic. Even without signing outside, we still have Delonte, Rondo, Smooge and Avery Bradley in our depth chart at PG. If the season starts, I hope Ainge does not sign another one. Our young ones need to develop. In the playoffs, unless Delonte suffers a Marquis Daniels type injury, he's playing. Our guys breathe Celtic. Look at Rondo. 18.

of those options, Ford easily.  I think he'll look for more $ than we should offer though.

We don't need a world-beater as a back-up PG since Rondo will take the vast majority of the minutes.  I'd be satisfied with Delonte, Arroyo and Quisy (provided he's fully recovered) returning.  3 guys that can handle the ball, 2 of which can also play SG and score.

None of the above works for me as well.   I can live with Rondo/Bradley.  At some point we need to see what we have in Bradley anyways.

Some of these guys are going to be too pricey if we are really dumping cash for 2012.

Avery Bradley should be more than ready to step up as a back-up point guard.

There is a huge difference between "giving the kid some minutes", and having him as the primary backup PG.  I have seen nothing to suggest he can handle that role right now.

If he is ready, then he will get significant time, even if they bring in a real NBA PG to backup Rondo.  Nothing good comes from putting extra pressure on a kid like that.  Let him play when he is ready.

Yeah, agreed. But, that's not to knock Earl Boykins. At 35 yrs old and 5'5 and to still be able to score at the volume and efficiency he does? Amazing.

He's the backup to the backup PG.
