she's a cake decorator for a local bakery here in Seattle.  It's wedding cake season so she's pretty swamped... I told her not to stress over my birthday cake... I think she did that in a couple hours. 

She's pretty talented though.   Here is a Katamari Damacy (video game)/Penny Arcade (popular webcomic) cake that she made for a competition:  http://imgur.com/a/wDQgl   

She probably would have made a little fondant Larry Bird draining a 3-pointer over fondant Magic Johnson on a white chocolate Boston Garden parquet floor if I hadn't demanded she "not stress over it".   Lol.

Wow, very talented. I especially like how the "slice" of cake is a big different than normal, and love the last pic with the fork...
