Best backcourt so far; is it:

A. Nash-Kobe
B. Curry-Martin
C. Deron-Monta

In terms of pure efficiency and fit, I think it might be B.

Nash + Kobe = head and shoulders above the competition

  • You ain't the boss of the freakin' bedclothes.
Monta Ellis is a heck of a pick. I don't know about next to Deron Williams..but a heck of a pick. Great value here.

C no questions.
Monta is a superior scorer right now that any there
maybe only kobe because  clutchness
and Deron by far the best PG
not even close  :)
My UNBIASED oppinion lol

Nash and Kobe Simply dont have the legs to follow anymore

I would have to argue that Nash and Kobe would probably be unstoppable.

I still wonder about Nash essentially playing as a SG next to Kobe.

I don't know about the Curry & Martin combo, defensively anyone with any kind of height and/or weight could give them some real difficulty.

Monta dominates the ball, and doesn't play well off of it. Or shoot it particularly well.

I'd like him with a different PG. Unless you plan to run the offense through Ellis, and make Williams play off the ball.

Edgar you robbed me blind.

Anyway...

With the 17th pick in the 2nd round, the Orlando Magic choose:

Al Jefferson
The Nets will finish with the worst record and the Celtics will end up with the 4th pick.

Monta is actually a pretty decent shooter. Just streaky.

Oh, definitely. Going to need to complement them with defenders.

sorry edgar, great pick wrong pairing.  who has the ball in their hands? i'll take the efficient and off-ball scorer with a terrific compliment over a volume scorer who cancels out his PG.

The Celtics select one of the last legit 20 ppg scorers, Eric Gordon.

Monta is Waaaay better than Curry and proves all year long.
Adding he played 80 games last year
and was 15th in fantasy ( to mention) he carries his team ala
Kobe.
A more mature monta is a perfect Monta to have
