The Detroit Pistons select Blake Griffin. Although sources say he will be playing for Cleveland.

What don't look at me like that.

Garnett never made any sense. SHould've known!
He's keeping Garnett. Or at least not trading him to me.

A) Blake Griffin is not better than Amar'e Stoudemire. He's a better long term prospect, but he's not better right now.

B) Because WW is the same guy who staked his team on ____, ____, _____, and _____ last year, so I don't see how he's gonna go with KG this season.

There is a whole lotta wheeling and dealing I do not understand at this point. I will be anxious to see where this ends up.

On behalf of Kane -

The Utah Jazz select Carmelo Anthony

Ric Bucher reports that he does not want to play in either Utah or Pawnee.

Ah, okay.

A) Blake Griffin is not better than Amar'e Stoudemire. He's a better long term prospect, but he's not better right now.

Amare is the far superior offensive player between the two. More efficient. Harder for defenders to limit effectiveness. More range of scoring options.

B.Griffin is a much stronger rebounder (12.1 boards in 38mpg vs 8.2rpg in 37mpg).

Defensively, I think they were comparable last season but I expect B.Griffin to move clearly ahead of Amare next year and be the superior defender.

Hence, I'd rather have Griffin than Amare next year.
