Who is the greatest Celtic to never win a ring?

I was thinking about this, and I couldn't think of any great Celtics to not win a ring. The best I could come up with was Dino Radja and Dana Barros.
(Ring-winners also include guys who won with other teams a la Antoine Walker)

Easy Ed, maybe.  Or Reggie Lewis - he didn't win a ring, did he?  Did Tiny Archibald win one?  But mainly my thoughts go  to Len Bias - the greatest Celtic never to play for the Celtics.
