So if the random lottery puts a guy or guys in the top 5 that were there last year do they automatically get dropped down to sixth and/or seventh and/or etc. and then everyone else gets moved up?

How does that work?

Logically, I'd think you move him to 6 and then move someone up.

(I think you have it right, but he could have done it several ways ranging from lottery for the top 5 without the previous top 5 etc....)

Trivia question: The first year I played in the CB Draft, I took over a team from a GM who had abandoned the league. My first move was to basically give away the guy drafted in the first round because I simply 'didn't like him', much to the chagrin of all the other GM's. Who was this player?

First person to guess the name wins the honor of being the Celtics.
