I'll ask again.  What did you expect of Bradley in year 1?

The guy was one year removed from high school and was considered a raw player.   Based on what I saw at Texas, I'm comfortable this kid projects to atleast a solid backup.  I would have taken James Anderson instead of him, but Bradley's potential is obvious to those that actually watched him at Texas.

I predict there will not be room on this roster for both Bradley and Moore.  I think Danny goes after a proven backup PG (like resigning Arroyo) because I seriously doubt either Bradley or Moore are ready for that.  We've got Delonte, but we know he's a bit fragile.

If there was room for Bradley and Wafer, there will be room for Bradley and Moore.  Very different skillsets, despite their similar size (Moore is a bit bigger though).  Moore's much more comfortable as a decision maker with the ball in his hands.  He's got a lot of experience running pick and rolls.  He's much more comfortable creating his own shot.

Bradley's much more of an off-ball player at this stage with very raw slashing ability.
Not sure your comparison to last season is quite right.  Wafer came here as an NBA player whereas Bradley was a rookie.  Since Bradley hardly played last season (and is actually younger than Moore), it just seem redundant to have 2 very inexperienced point guards on the roster.  Doc needs a backup PG besides Delonte that he can go to.
That's all I was saying.   ;)
