However, I would have loved to see how he played against players from this era, with the added size, speed as well as team scouting, training, media intensity, etc.

i know he was a laker but i would have to say Michael Cooper is my pick. All around amazing defender. Without a doubt he could shut down anyone he looked at in the perimeter.
