He's a big athletic body. Maturity wise, the vets in the locker room can straighten him up. Huge upside. Can give significant contributions now and be part of the future.

If we could get two first rounders...

Marshon Brooks and Faried, and Greg Smith, second round. Smith is an incredible athlete with serious upside.

We need young and we need bigs and we need athletes.

It will also be a big shame if we dont give Avery Bradley a chance to prove he is NBA ready. The one time he did start atthe end of last season, he actually showed alot of promise and scoring.

A roster with Faried, Smith, Marshon Brooks and Bradley as our young uns can turn special.

How about Tim Thomas? He'd probably be better than Avery Bradley and that guy would be a top 5 pick in this draft.

I want them to take Tyler, but I think it will be Justin Harper.  I think both Danny and Doc want a big man who can stretch the defense, and Harper is the best available.

he seems like a solid pick.  I like the fact that despite the nice shooting touch he actually looks very strong physically, could thus further develop the physical aspects of his game too....

plus, now that the stanley cup finals are over, he is available.  with his defense i can see quite a few shut outs in the celtics' future. ;D
