its never too early to start discussion about the next year.

An interesting FA is Nick Young. A poor mans Kobe ;D.  A selfish one dimensional chucker. Everything I despise about Basketball. But at this point Celtics need scoring in the worst way. 17-20ppg a night off the bench would be a welcome change.

The problem with Young is that for every 17 - 20 points he scores, he seems to give 12 - 15 of those back to the other team through stupid mistakes and defensive lapses.  Everything I've heard about him is that he's a knucklehead.

There are worse free agents out there, but I'd rather spend our limited resources on a better all-around player at a bigger position of need.

Yeah, totally agree
Thats one of the reasons I wasn't sad to see TA go. He was a great defender and saved alot of points, he gave up alot on the offensive end

The guy can flat out score the ball. Give me that trade everyday. But I do believe He'll be more disciplined in this system. So long as he scores Celtics can live with few mental lapses.

Is he still bad defensively or did he improve? If he's still bad then no. But if he improved then maybe.
