Dirk has completely changed this series. I know the whole NBA media like ESPN is spinning it to make it seem like the Laker's are struggling. But I got to give love to the Mavs. They are playing great defense. They have a balanced offense, and know how to score in the clutch

Dirk is just so hard to guard. And he's just making it even harder for the Lakers when he goes in the post and scores or gets offensive rebounds. I don't think there's any discussion who's the better man in that Pau vs Dirk discussion

Whoever wins that Grizzlies-Thunder series is not gonna beat the Mavs

It really makes this commercial laughable

I don't see memphis or okc having the composure to keep the mavs out 4 games, but than I didn't see memphis beating san an.

Yeah, Grizzlies are gonna be tough. They play very good half-court basketball. I'm assuming Thunder would loose, because Westbrook wants to be Batman when he's really a Robbin

And they have that size. It would be a tough Grzz-Mavs series. But I think Dirk would be the factor in Mavs winning

I definitely think they have a GREAT chance, but I also think that they rely on the three-point shot a little too much. So far, it's been working for them, but it should be interesting to see if they can keep it up.

I'm still going to post here, by the way...Doesn't matter if my team embarrasses themselves. Won't be hiding anywhere.

I think Memphis is a tougher match up for Dallas. If the Grizz can get by OKC, we could see another major upset.

If they face OKC, I think the Mavs won't have too much trouble.  If, on the other hand, they face the Grizz, I think it will be interesting.  As LakersFan pointed out, the Mavs rely a great deal on outside shooting; the Grizzlies have very good perimeter defense.

I'm also curious to see how a matchup between Dirk and Z-Bo would go.

Still, I think the Mavs are a really, really good team and they are definitely playing better than anybody else in the post-season right now.

Yeah, I think it will be the Mavs in the Finals.  I'll still be rooting for OKC, but the Mavs would be a worthy adversary for whoever comes out of the East (i.e., the Celtics).
