Did anybody make it to the end of the Lakers Dallas game last night?

Dallas came back and won that game and were mentally tough doing it.

Gasoft was Gasoft.
Ron Artest was invisable.
Dirk Nowitzki punished Lamar Odom.
Tyson Chandler outplayed Bynum.
Jason Kidd is better than Fischer.

Dallas showed me a blueprint.

Dallas leads the series 1 game to None so there.

Kinda ticks me off that we were the only road team to lose Game 1 of the 2nd round  >:(

yea but at the end it easyly could have been a Lakers win. That defence on Kobe for last shot was so bad...

  • You ain't the boss of the freakin' bedclothes.
I came to work today and logged on to my computer and said to a co-worker: "I wonder how much Dallas lost by. I bet 17 points."

I'd stopped watching about 3 or 4 minutes into the second half. Silly me. Big ups to Dallas.

I dont know. Dallas gained a huge improvement with the addition of Chandler, however, they are still the same Dallas and will probably once again come up short. Nowitzki is one of the most amazing players of this era but he just doesnt have that winner's mentality and killer instinct that is needed in to win a championship. Kidd, Terry, Marion all incredible talents and look incredible on paper but they always come up short. In the end, the Lakers are a much better team and they should come out on top, the better team usual finds ways to win.

I don't  ;)

We should call Dirk "Jaws" . . . because, you know, he's a Great White Shark.

Go Mavs!

well both Cs and the Fakers are now down 0-2. Sheesh, both teams are in danger of losing.

Well I've certainly changed my stance on the Mavs after they impressively won 2-0 in L.A but now with their history I'm afraid they will choke at home... we will see. Great to see L.A in such a tough spot though.

At least the C's are 0-2 going home. Lakers lost 2 on their home court. I stayed up to watch again last night and was yet again, rewarded with a fantastic performance by the Mavs. Mark Cuban doesn't even bother me anymore. This team is playing tough and easy to root for. Tyson Chandler's bombastic alley oops really shut up the crowd at a couple key moments last night. Fabulous to see it happen!

Yay!!

I feel even better about our situation with MIA than I bet Laker fans feel about their series with DAL.

At least we're going home for next two games to recuperate. LA is going into a hostile environment.

Now if DAL can take that 3rd game at home? Then LA is officially done, and I love it!

I'm coming to realize that THIS Dallas team is different from the one that lost to GSW and then MIA a few years ago. They proved to me that they can rebound as a team despite tough losses just a week or so ago - vs POR.

LA has a huge fight on their hands. At least some of us are coming to grips with Boston potentially losing this series......but boy IF LA loses this series to DAL..................

C'mon DAL you have them on the ropes.....knock em' out!!
