I have the announcers muted: why was Pierce thrown out?

Guys, I know everybody is frustrated with this game but you have to stop with the homosexual slurs.  e.g. "queen", and even "pansy"

I've always tried to be as fair-minded as possible with regards to officiating.

But after seeing Paul Pierce get tossed? I have every reason to believe that "The Powers that Be" want Lebron and MIA in the NBA Finals.

Just a terrible, bad call.

Stupid abuse of discretion.  Hopefully that fires them up for Game 2.

+1 for the silver lining.  Now it's not just a series, it's gotta be a Crusade.

At this point, I really hope Doc gets tossed. Maybe it'll fire this team up for game 2.

This one is over and Pierce's ejection was a disgrace.

This one is over, Doc should rest the starters and prepare for the next game. I'm sure the Heat's antics and their aggressiveness will call for big revenge from the C's in game 2.

Agreed. Awful call. Refs not a problem until now. But they've made themselves an issue.

Game got chippy in the 4th and in trying to squelch it, they've made some stupid, reactionary calls.  Embarrassing for the league, and killed whatever comeback chance we had left.

But the refs aren't why we lost, of course.  Gotta play better on Tuesday.

Doc needs to criticize the refs, in the post game, and take the fine. If not, the series will continue to be officiated just like this.
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

RAY!
In the summer of 2017, I predicted this team would not win a championship for the next 10 years.

3 down, 7 to go.
