The Celtics should just pack it in at this point . . . there's no way they're going to get the momentum back.  Any mini-run will be met by a run or a tough call.  No use wasting energy and risking injuries when it's clear this game was decided in the second quarter.

Ok, put JO back in.

Celticsclay, you're not wrong. Paul and KG will never be called out for the performances today. Rondo and Green will be thrown under the bus though.

Well Glen Davis is -22 and Jeff Green is -13.

NEGATIVE TWENTY TWO. That's terribad.

Yeah Pierce and KG are having a rough games too but we know they'll bounce back so they'll get some slack.

The reason Green and Davis get grief is because these terrible performances are indicative of who they are as players. So people rightfully get mad at the playing time they receive, or the fact that we lost a quality starting center for one of them. And the fact that losing said quality center causes Big Baby to be played more, which hurts the team.

That's the type of attitude that will lose us the series

Are you joking? You must be joking. What game have you been watching?

Miami has owned Boston today. The refs have NOTHING to do with it.

Need to win the next 3 minutes.  If they can get the Heat turned off for a few minutes, the C's can make this a game.

Unlikely, the way Miami has turned back every run so far, but possible.

so far pierce has been hitting a lot of meaningless shots to keep the score semi respectable.

12 points in 8:30? I´ve seen that before...
In the summer of 2017, I predicted this team would not win a championship for the next 10 years.

3 down, 7 to go.

Now's the time for the C's to play as good as THEY can play. Will have to shut down Heat and shoot lights out. Otherwise may as well save it for Game 2.  Let's see what we do.
