Why did JO play 5 minutes?

Because Doc is unbelievable.

Had to run out and grab a late lunch - is the season over yet?

on its way...
Hahaha, I'm glad the Celtics don't give up as easily as you do :)

Would make for an awfully short playoff series tbh.

  • Let's Go Celtics!
And I don't believe JO is hurt - Miami played small ball quite a bit in that half. He wouldn't have been effective.

Honestly, what do you expect when you've got Glen Davis in for more minutes than Rondo and JO?

I swear to god 99% of this team's problem relates back to how much Doc plays Glen Davis, who is seriously beyond bad

Rondo´s in foul trouble. JO could still be hurt, who knows.

Baby wasn´t nearly as bad as you make him out to be.

His defense, which doesn't show up in the box score, has been horrendous as usual. He's also a ball-stopper and he kills the entire team's offense. I'd bet that if you looked at every game in the first round you'd see that Glen Davis' +/- is the worst on the team despite the number of minutes he plays.

He literally drags the entire team down with him

What does his +/- have to do with his performance today? Yes, he struggled in the first games, but he was still an important player during the regular season. His defense isn´t horrible, he had one bad turnover, just like Pierce.
In the summer of 2017, I predicted this team would not win a championship for the next 10 years.

3 down, 7 to go.

we're jut spotting the heat 1 game, it's all good

Right, and that's clearly something the Celtics can afford to do.

JO 5 and krstic 2. Nice half for Mr. Softy, Jeff Green.  What a pickup.

First minutes are the game here... we need to make a dent in this lead or it will be really ugly fast....

I hope the Celtics can at least put up a respectable fight in this series and not get totally punked.  That's all I ask right now.  Just don't go down like a bunch of punks.

James Jones and Wade have combined for 37 points on 13-16 shooting. This doesn't happen every day. Rondo and JO barely played. We're fine, guys.

Then why are you still here? (honest question. I don't get you, or how you think)

  • Rondo doesn't believe in easy buckets...
It's not how you start it's how you finish.

15 points isn't anything huge with 24 minutes to go.

I'm still expecting to win.
