Don't get me wrong, I appreciate that he basically turned this franchise around all by himself. I have no major problem with him from a performance standpoint, although lets face it he's sucked in the playoffs for 7 years now.
I am just tired of Tom Brady as a person. I feel he no longer(if he ever really did) represents the people of New England. Here are some of the problems I have with him
1: He wears Yankee hats. This bothers me the most, it's completely disrespectful to us, as fans.
2: He lives in New York, it's just like throwing salt on the wound. I get that he may not be from MA but it's just like wearing the Yankee hat.
3: The "errand boy" incidents. I get it, Giselle is hot.. but he just kinda came off like a tool during that thing. He just ignored all these geeky reporters making fun of him all day.
4: The Hair. Seriously dude, cut your hair.
5: The dancing video. If you have not seen the video of him, dont. Or you will risk losing all respect for him like I did.
6: His recent ESPN video where he cries about not being drafted in the 2nd round. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? "Zomg! Now I have to be an accountant!" Loser... Oooh my daddy was so supportive, I left my hotel in a rage with a baseball bat...There was no need to cry about that, he must be preparing for a career in acting or something.
So all in all, i'd like the Pats to trade Brady while he still has some value. Send him to the Jets, he'd fit right in there...
I know a few Patriot fans who are also Yankee fans. I can't imagine it makes him as popular in Boston as he could be or already is, but I can't really call it an insult. And why am I supposed to care about where he LIVES? NY is a great place for rich people. This is reaching, to me.
The hair is a nice jab on him once in a while, (although it's nothing like Polamalu's or Matthews' hair, I don't care what anyone says) but like someone else in another online community mentioned, when he's married to someone like Giselle, how much can you validly insult his manliness?
The dancing was silly, for sure, but you LOST ALL RESPECT over that? I don't know why you're making it sound like not everyone's had that moment or those moments. I definitely also think you have friends who can't dance (and don't say "can dance better than that", not the point and subjective to the nth). Or am I supposed to believe it's different for Brady cause it was on ESPN? I mean, is Tom Brady human, or not? I guess that's just a myth to you. Maybe that's why you think he faked tears in that special.

Also, not to digress too much, I think he said he was glad he didn't have to do insurance sales, an overall different animal from accounting...not that you can't make money in it or anything, haha.
Either way, I feel like you're not appreciating that at the time, it occurred to Brady that there was a good chance he may not even get a chance to prove himself in the NFL. I guess we'll have to agree to disagree on this, but I feel like the only thing I can get from your post is that Brady wasn't supposed to make a big deal out of barely being drafted at all, and was supposed to stick to the Belicheckian policy he supposedly adheres to in post-game interviews, as opposed to being a bit more candid like he was in the ESPN Special.
