OKC can score 100 points with regularity.

I'm not even sure what excuse the Lakers have over the Celtics to be losing these games, let alone 5 straight.

Even the Celtics can't say they've lost 3 straight at any point this season...wow.
exactly...they had no major trades and were playing great after the ASG until this last five games. They don't have a moody PG or a coach that doesnt know how to manage rotations. What is the Lakers excuse? hmm

Their excuse would be boredom. Or the media's excuse would be boredom because as of now I don't even know their excuse.

I really think that LA is in danger of not making it out of the West...San Antonio or OKC would be the likely culprits, I think.

LA got pushed around...out-boarded....and the major difference from their woes to Boston's? LA appeared to want this game....for Boston, IMO Rondo did not want last night's MIA game.

I have faith that our PG will turn it up a notch, but LA? They don't have any more notches to turn to.

They truly look old - and vulnerable. Sure - the same could be said for Boston right now, but once the playoffs start and we get Shaq back, we'll be fine.

It is the playoffs that I hope will give us back the PG we all know and love.

But - Great Win, OKC.

  • Rondo = Good
OKC is playing really well right now.

Note, however, that of the players in their center rotation tonight, Perk played the most minutes and was the least productive (Mohammed and Collison both pulled down more rebounds and scored more points).

The Thunder are getting this win, and man do they deserve it. They played hard.

This team is hungry, they play defense, and they have two legitimate elite scorers who play the right way almost all of the time.

I'd love to see a OKC vs CHI Finals.  Wouldn't that be a story?

OKC was on pace to give up 120 points tonight, they ended up giving up 106.

Gasol and Bynum combined for 38 points so I am not exactly sure if this was that great of a win for OKC.

Are they going to need to score 110 points every game to win?

Until 8 days ago, the Lakers looked absolutely like the team to beat.  The Celtics haven't looked that way in months.

ive always thought after thr trade its going to be Celtics vs Thunder finals

why celtics? becuase by now we know were a dominant team with shaq on the floor theres not  abig out east (besides dwight who we porbably wont face anyway) that can handle his presence i mean shaw is just plain out huge compared to who chi & mia got ,j.o would come in & the do mop up duty for 20-22 oh & we have the big 4 ..

why thunder? the trade made them a monster though thier atheltic & play very good defence i wouldnt be surpised if la wins that series of course but i just dont know if la can hold off westbrook becuase they really have NO ONE AT ALL!! that can guard him kobe wont dare to get in foul trouble & fisher/blake? please

Congrats to Perk and Nate for the win... but the playoffs will be different. Of course I'd love to see the Lakers suffer and be knocked out, but they are better than that.

I don't care who is the other team in the Finals, I want the Celtics winning it all in a dominant way.

I am AMAZED that the Thunder could beat L.A. with their PG leading the way with 6 rebounds...

That's why I keep insisting that it is the trade of Nate that has hurt the Cs, not so much the trade of Perk.  Heck, the Cs did fine with or without Perk this year.  But once we traded Nate away, we've been missing a certain something....
