So now that we know we are going to be the 3 seed in another few days (or certainly by end of season), does anyone like our chances of beating Miami AND Chicago on the road?  Amazing how a season can be lost in the span of about 2 weeks.  Is it the trade, is it tired legs, no idea.  Just know they are playing like absolute garbage.

Right now it looks bleak, but at the same time, going on the road against Orlando and Cleveland looked daunting last year, too.  Who knows, the NBA can be funny, so it's premature to count the Celts out.

They look like crap right now, though, that's for sure.  If they play like this, they won't get by the Knicks in the first round.

they all just hit a wall, i think. i mean, look, on offense, we're frequently getting good looks. the shots just aren't going down. the defense has not been awful (though, again, when it's not there, it looks like a lack of energy). green and kristic aren't the problem - they've played pretty well. and...yeah, the problem has been on offense, where 2 games from perk and no games from nate wouldn't have helped matters any.

Celtics are deeper and more talented then last year.

They have proven that they can play like complete garbage for an entire season and turn it on in the playoffs.

We have a better team this year, no reason to not expect the same.

100 percent correct. Leave him on the bench

rondo is clearly not healthy...something is obviously wrong, or he's doing this to save himself for the postseason. honestly, i'd sit him a few games and let dwest and arroyo run the 1. if rondo's only playing 60%, we're better off resting him.

Why are the starters in? Bench is better then them and should play the entire game, we have enough bodies to sub in.

One positive - rondo hitting some jumpers.

One positive thought on Rondo.  Can you imagine if he started playing like this when the playoffs started? We would be toast in the first round.  You would think just based on statistics he can't possibly be this awful come May.
