Our defense was league leading this year with Shaq / JO coming in and out of the linuep and without Perkins.

I think we will start to see that league leading defense and possibly even better once:
A) Krstic, Murphy, Green and now Arroyo get acclimated
B) Sahq, JO and DWest come back

Everyone says this incarnation of the Celtics has won on D. I'd also say they've lost on Offense at times as well.

Game seven was a case in point. Yes, we got tired and we lost Perk. But the Lakers only scored 83 points. Even with our poor rebounding performance, had we been able to score more proficiently, we probably also would have won game seven.

This team, since it's been put together, has had a real problem with offensive droughts. If Perk and Rondo were out there and the big three couldn't get off, we were in trouble.

That is not going to happen any more folks. The additions Ainge has made have "dramatically" influenced our offensive fire power. DRAMATICALLY.

I have absolutely zero concerns that our defense will be in league leading form by the end of the season either.

What you saw against Phoenix and Golden State - when we were blowing them out - was a "Glimpse" of what to expect come season's end - barring any major catastrophe. WE are still not complete and we feel asleep in both of those games out of boredom.

Keep in mind, I dont' think Doc has had a comlete team all season either. he's been down 3-4 key rotation guys all year. We are still 4 games off the best record in the league.

Rondo / Arroyo / Bradley

We are just seeing a little "Glimpse" of what's to come right now. We will be steam rolling all comers. Yes, including the Lakers, or Heat, or Magic, Mavs, etc. It's not going to matter...

Too many weapons - teams have to now guard EVERYBODY ALL THE TIME - too deep, too tough. I can smell #18.
